Mayday, Mayday!
They're not kidding when they say that Europeans do NOTHING on May 1--absolutely NOTHING is open! If you run outta gas in a tunnel on your way to Croatia, you're spending the night in that tunnel, and you're walking to the gas station at 8AM on May 2.
