Red, red and red... whote is just so fufi, the only thing most white is good for is simply cooking fish and seafood, but I will say that there are some northers spanish wines (strcitly from navarre) and white Calabrese Ciro that are consumable. But that's just my take on the whole sitty. Cheers,
