I caught a whiff of that distinct autumn smell on my way home from work the other day...not quite the smell of burning wood, but something like it. Ahhh.

Hey! That's my wallpaper right now! I started drinking chocolate yesterday - it is going to be a good autumn.
Ahhhhhh! I had a hot Chai last night and we have a frost warning tonight! heee! but our leaves turneth not much this fall---we had a huge drought so most VA leaves are staying green and just falling dead without changing color :( so i'll just glue that picture to my face or something.
The foliage is not much changed around here either. However in Nashville this weekend, it was absolutely beautiful!
Maybe we're in for a short winter . . .?
